| Set beside a beautiful shingle beach with great views,overlooking Langstone Harbour, Sinah Warren is only 25 minutes from Chichester, on the Portsmouth side of Hayling Island. Sinah Warren is a tranquil paradise of pines and fl owers, seabirds and butterfl ies. You're as likely to spot a Red Admiral from your sun-lounger as a salty sea dog out in the bay. And we chose our location with the utmost care, ensuring you can enjoy the fi nest possible views of stunning Langstone harbour and every opportunity to relax and take in the sweet, intoxicating sea air. |
Day 1
We head to the south coast with suitable stops en route, lunch is normally at Newbury where we park alongside the Kennet & Avon Canal.
Day 2
An interesting day today. We travel to Arundel set on the River Arun, overlooked by the beautiful Arundel Castle, the home of The Duke and Duchess of Norfolk and their children. The magnifi cent Cathedral Church of Our Lady and St Philip Howard, make this a superb visit. |
Day 3
We travel via the coast road to Southsea and into old Portsmouth, allowing time to explore this historic part of the city before moving into the new part. There will be time to visit the Naval dockyard for those of you who fi nd this of interest. In the yard is HMS Victory and Warrior amongst many other naval items. We drop you off here and pick you up later, while the rest of us visit the newer parts of the city.
Day 4
A full day at leisure to use the
superb facilities at the Hotel.
Day 5
Homeward bound today. |
