For example, many of you have told me how much you like the flexibility in our tours. When you see the excursions included on many of our tours, therefore, you won’t see a date attached to them. This is so your driver can take account of local conditions, such as weather, markets or festivals and plan a final itinerary which takes best advantage of allopportunities. Sometimes it’s best not to do things by the book, even if it’s just a matter of changing the order of the pages! Obviously, some tours do require more detailed planning.
With these, you’ll see the heading ‘itinerary’ instead of ‘excursions included’ in the pages that follow.

On the other hand, when it comes to customer care, I’m really proud that we do things by the book, often going beyond clients’ expectations and adding pages of our own! Have a look at details of our home pick-up services, for instance. Remember that all our tours are operated by highly professional drivers (I’m proud to be one myself) who will go the extra mile to look after you. On diner tours, you will enjoy the company and services of a second crew-member, the hostess, often someone you know! Sometimes we even take a local specialist guide on board as well.
