| Jersey possesses a fascinating and complex history stretching back
over a thousand years. Its very landscape - Norman style farmhouses,
narrow winding lanes, small fi elds and French street names refl ects
its entwinement with the fates of two great nations, Britain and
France. Jersey lies in the Bay of Mont St Michel and is the largest of the
Channel Islands. It has been an island for approximately 8000 years
and at its extremes it measures 10 miles east to west and six miles
north to south. |

must make sure they have their own valid Travel Insurance. Please
be aware that for security purposes when travelling to Jersey you are
now required to carry some form of photographic identifi cation (e.g.

YOUR HOTEL *** The Mayfair Hotel
The 3 * Mayfair Hotel with its light open foyer is the perfect place
to stay and exudes a warmth and a friendliness that we are proud
to have cultivated over many years. The hotel is located just fi ve
minutes stroll from St Helier's shopping district and just minutes
away from the beautiful gardens of Howard Davis Park. Bedrooms
are all ensuite.
If you would like to take a splash in the pool or have a workout, the
heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi and extensive
gym, with fi tness instructors, should meet all your needs. Afterwards,
enjoy a drink on our sun terrace which is the perfect spot to sit
and relax! On arrival at Jersey you will be met by the Hotels coach
and staff to transfer you to the hotel. During your stay the hotel
will offer a choice of day excursions to all the popular venues on
the island at reasonable prices. Then on the day of your departure
the coach will return you to the airport, and Memory Lane will be
waiting for you at Liverpool.
