The Queen’s Hotel, located on the sea-front, affords excellent views of the Great and Little Ormes. It offers excellent cuisine and good standards of entertainment. You will receive a warm welcome and efficient service from its staff. The hotel, like the town itself, mixes Victorian elegance and modern facilities. Many rooms enjoy spectacular views of the sea and promenade. Lifts serve all floors. Wheelchair access is easy. One of the three fully licensed bars overlooks the sea.
The itinerary is normally as follows:
- Christmas Eve
After our door to door pick ups we travel down to Llandudno where we plan to have a relaxing day. After lunch there is time to unwind before meeting in the Embassy Ballroom for drinks and a bit of fun guessing the weight of the Christmas cake. Dinner will be followed with dancing and evening entertainment.
- Christmas Day
After breakfast Father Christmas visits with presents and then a fun treasure trail. A traditional Christmas Day lunch will be served before 1pm with entertainment to follow. For the evening meal we enjoy the Chef’s candlelit buffet followed by dancing & music.
- Boxing Day
After breakfast we enjoy games and a Christmas quiz. Our lunch is followed with fun entertainment and afternoon tea. Once the evening meal is served there is a themed fancy dress party - with games, music and entertainment.
- 27th December
After breakfast we take the chance for a scenic coach trip, on our return we enjoy morning coffee - before having a buffet lunch. After evening dinner there is entertainment and dancing.
- 28th December
After breakfast we say a sad farewell to Alan, Jill, friends old and new.
