Take to the tracks of the Peak Valley Railway and enjoy a nostalgic train journey through approximately 4 miles of scenic Derbyshire countryside from Rowsley South to Matlock. Spend time at leisure in the spa town of Matlock, one of England’s first tourist destinations as early as the 17th century. Today Matlock is still a wonderful place to explore, with a long street of shops, cafes and amusement arcades as well as relaxing walks along the River Derwent.
